Introducing the Townhouse Lettings Furnishing Service

We aim to reduce the expense and relieve the stress of furnishing a property for rental. We work closely with local suppliers to be able to offer high quality furniture packages at unbeatable prices. All our prices are inclusive of delivery to the property, full furniture assembly and removal of any packaging; taking the pain out of furnishing.

We have four levels of furniture packages; Silver, Bronze, Gold and Platinum. They are designed to give clients the option to furnish their properties in such a way that suites their property and budget. However if the packages don’t quite fit your needs, we are happy to put together a customized package to meet any requirements.

Bronze Package

The Bronze Package is our most basic furniture package and is ideal if you’re trying to keep to a strict budget.

Bronze package

●  One Bedroom Property: £700
●  Two Bedroom Property: £950

●  Add £400 for a three bed property as an extra sofa will be required
●  Add £250 for each extra bedroom

The standard Bronze Package includes:

  • 1 Sofa
  • 1 Coffee Table
  • 1 Dining Table and Chairs
Bronze package

For each Bedroom

  • 1 Double Bed and 1 Mattress
  • 1 Wardrobe
  • 1 Chest of Drawers
  • 1 Bed Side Table

Silver Package

Our Silver Package is designed to look great and keep expenses to a minimum without compromising on quality. The Silver Package is available in a very contemporary style ideal for city centre apartments or a more traditional wooden style.

Gold Package

Our Gold Package offers top quality beautiful furniture, whilst still offering great value for money. The Gold Package is guaranteed to make any property stand out from the crowd. There are a number of different style options within the package, giving the client the opportunity to select the perfect finish for any property.

Platinum Package

The Platinum package is the same as the Gold package with the addition of Blinds for an extra £250.
